UNITHANE BNS is a soft, bright and glossy urethane with exceptional clarity which is very suitable for producing imitation patent, brush off and classic “box” type leathers. UNITHANE BNS is characterized by its very glossy appearance, together with excellent flexibility, both wet and dry. When applied on the correct basecoat, films of UNITHANE BNS will surpass 500,000 dry bally and 100,000 wet bally flexes. We recommend using as follows:
Basecoat Leather and Plate or Rotopress at 120C then Roll Coat x 3 at 5-6 Grams/Foot
UNITHANE BNS 700
UNITHANE 8118 300
Dyestuff 15 (if needed) Crosslinker 15 (if needed).
