UNIWAX 753 is designed for hot roll application on high performance waterproof leathers. It will give excellent pull-up with a soft touch effect while maintaining Maeser flexes. It is also possible to use UNIWAX 753 on non-waterproof crust leathers to give pull-up effects and some water resistance as measured by Maeser flexes. UNIWAX 753 is recommended to be applied by roller coater at a temperature <80°C – applying a total of 14 – 16 grams per square foot. After applying the wax, pile overnight. The next day the leather can be plated and milled etc. or it can be finished according to our recommended formulations for waterproof leathers. Please consult Union for specific recommendations.
