UNITHANE BC-20 NF is a NMP-free basecoat resin designed for use with both automotive upholstery and athletic type soft leathers. UNITHANE BC-20 NF will give excellent fill and “cut through” resistance, as well as good coverage and outstanding flexibility. UNITHANE BC-20 NF will pass all basecoat testing required for automotive upholstery (including the cold crack at -30°C). UNITHANE BC-20 NF can be roll coated or sprayed.
All additives should be adjusted to a pH of 7.0 – 8.0 before adding to the UNITHANE BC-20 NF.
