SPRAY WAX CLEAR UG was developed to be used for upgrading various types of leathers, or as a feel agent. SPRAY WAX CLEAR UG can be used on both full grain and corrected grain leathers. In addition, SPRAY WAX CLEAR UG has good crock resistance.
Suggested application method is to dilute and apply by spray method as follows:
60 – Water 5 – B.C. 35 – SPRAY WAX CLEAR UG 2-10% PIGMENT (IF DESIRED)
Spray one normal cross coat, but not too heavy. Polish felt or reverse paper can be done immediately after drying. For those who cannot polish, plating with a sandblast can be done.
After leathers have been sprayed and polished with SPRAY WAX CLEAR UG, further applications of the Uniwax range of products and Finish Oils will continue to hide surface defects. Leathers can then be finished using special adhesion binders such as U-Cryl CHB, Unithane AB-M, etc. followed by basecoats and topcoats.
