FINISH OIL DDO when applied to corrected or full grain leathers prior to finishing, provides excellent pull-up with a very oily, draggy feel. When exposed to heat during the plating process, it will darken the surface of the leather considerably. This oil is exceptionally useful for upgrading leathers. Because of its darkening properties, change of shade will be affected on mill dyed leathers. FINISH OIL DDO can be applied as is or diluted with solvent, usually mineral spirits, depending on the absorption rate of the crust leather.
Method of application can be by roll coater, or curtain coater.
FINISH OIL DDO is not water miscible.
FINISH OIL DDO is not recommended to be used on waterproof leathers.
